My first day in Shanghai I spent taking an overview look at the park and enjoying the blue sky day.

Trip Log/Thoughts & Observations

Part I: Magic Kingdom Club Breakfast & Getting to Shanghai Disneyland
A look from our room at the Shanghai Disneyland Hotel then breakfast at the Magic Kingdom Club before heading over to the park.

Part II: A Walk Through the Park
Took a stroll through Fantasyland, stopping to look into Toy Story Land and then a quick walk by of Tomorrowland.

Part III: Golden Fairtale Fanfare
A look at the castle show.

Part IV: Treasure Cove & Adventure Isle
My first walk through Treasure Cove and Adventure Isle to complete my initial circle of the park.

Part V: Mickey's Storybook Express
A quick walk along the Gardens of Imagination then a look at the daytime parade.

Part VI: Magic Kingdom Club & Gardens of Imagination
We take a lunch break in Disneytown then head back to the hotel to check out the clubs dessert offerings before returning to the park and exploring the Gardens of Imagination.

Part VII: Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, Ignite the Dream & Mickey Mouse
To close out our busy day a visit to Fantayland and the Alice Maze and finishing our walk around the park then on to Tomorrowland to explore it a little more. Closed out the evening wtih Peter Pan and Pirates then Ignite the Dream and a good night from Mickey Mouse.

Spent most of the day sightseeing in Downtown Shanghai before returning to the park in the evening.

Part I: Shanghai Disneyland Hotel
A look around the Shanghai Disneyland Hotel including the Rose Garden & Hakuna Matata Oasis then the bus to the Metro Station

Part II: Yuyuan Garden
Visiting the Yuyuan Garden area including the walk from the Metro and area around the garden then a tour through it.

Part III: The Bund & Disney Store
Walked to the Bund from the Yu Garden then a look at Lujiazui including the Disney Store.

Part IV: Mickey Avenue
An extensive look at the details on the exterior facades of Mickey Avenue plus a look around Rem's Patisserie including some of the treats they offer.

Part V: Tomorrowland & Treasure Cove
A look around Tomorrowland and then Treasure Cove including Pirates of the Caribbean.

Part VI: Gardens of Imagination & Ignite the Dream
An after dark visit to Tomorrowland and the Gardens of Imagination before ending the day with Ignite the Dream

A full day in the park enjoying several attractions, shows, and entertainment plus a preview of Toy Story Land.

Tai Chi Character and Winnie the Pooh Adventure highlight this picture set.

Tarzan and Songs of the Arbori.

Part V: Disneytown
A walk through Disneytown

Part VI: Marvel Universe
A visit to the Marvel Universe

Part VII: Toy Story Land
I was able to attend a soft opening of Toy Story Land in the evening and take a look around.

Part VIII: Tomorrowland & Ignite the Dream
I close out the day with a walk through Tomorrowland at night and Ignite the Dream from the Gardens of Imagination.

My last full day at Shanghai Disneyland was spent enjoying the park and revisitng some favorites.

A morning visit to Fantasyland then Adventure Isle before wrapping up in Tomorrowland.
